The foundation of Mercy College of Ohio is built on its Catholic Identity and the Charism of the Sisters of Mercy (Mercy Charism), our founders.

Six pillars rise from this foundation to support the College goals. The pillars are also aligned with the strategic goals of Mercy Health.
