Turn a bachelor's degree into a BSN

Built on the foundation of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Pre-licensure program, the Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) track prepares graduates for professional nursing practice. The ABSN track option is designed for non-nurses with a bachelor's degree looking to become a nurse quickly.

Earn a BSN in 5 semesters, starting in the summer semester and continuing for five consecutive semesters. Graduates of this accelerated nursing track are eligible to sit for the NCLEX-RN National Council Licensure Examination-Registered Nurse examination to practice as a registered nurse (RN). A BSN nurse is prepared to plan, provide, and coordinate care for clients experiencing problems across the health-illness continuum.
