Report an IT Problem

If you need IT assistance please contact the Mercy Health Service Desk at 1-833-691-4357 (1-833-MY1HELP). Please identify yourself (student, faculty, or staff) and provide your name, location, contact information, and details of your problems.

If the Mercy Health Service Desk is unable to assist you, they will submit a work ticket for on-site support and the College IT staff will respond to the request.

You can also fill out an Incident Help Ticket or Request an Order via:
